Whether you're a solo traveler, a couple, a family, or a group of friends, I’m happy to tailor the route to suit your preferences, choosing the most convenient spots and beautiful backdrops to capture your experience in Venice. In addition to custom sessions, I also offer carefully designed routes based on my best local insights.
Morning at San Marco
Early mornings in Venice are truly magical. The narrow streets and quiet canals are bathed in soft, golden light that gently reveals the city’s stunning colors and textures. As San Marco slowly awakens, it offers breathtaking backdrops, from the grandeur of the Basilica and the peaceful lagoon with its islands, to cozy porches and quiet waterways. During this photo session, we’ll explore Piazza San Marco, its architectural details, unique perspectives and the perfect spots to catch the best light. We'll also enjoy views of the iconic Ponte dei Sospiri, the elegant Campo San Moisè, and the scenic panorama of Santa Maria della Salute, located across the Grand Canal. The best time to start the this route is 6.30am (7.30 in winter).

Venice is blessed with abundant sunlight that illuminates its ancient facades and winding canals in vibrant, ever-changing hues, offering the perfect opportunity to capture your moments in Venice in full colour and timeless beauty. During this photo session, I like to move away from the crowded, well-trodden spots and focus instead on the quieter, more intimate corners of the Castello district. Starting at the iconic Rialto Bridge, we’ll pause at a picturesque viewpoint over the Grand Canal, then wander through the charming squares and canals of Castello district. It’s a relaxed, intimate journey designed to reflect the true spirit of Venice: cosy and rich in beautiful details.
